What This Prompt Does

This prompt designs a business model where the work and the purpose are inseparable — where the marketing is the teaching, the product is the medicine, and growth doesn't require you to perform a version of yourself that exhausts you. It's a structural design prompt, not a motivational one.

The constraint that distinguishes this from standard business planning: the output must include a daily rhythm that keeps the business alive without burnout. Sustainability is a design requirement, not an afterthought.

PURPOSE ARCHITECTURE
  1. 1Design a business that is an extension of my soul's work — not a distraction from it. My core values: [LIST 3-5]. The transformation I've personally embodied: [DESCRIBE]. The people I naturally help: [DESCRIBE]. Build me a business model where: the marketing IS the teaching, the product IS the medicine, the community IS the practice, and scaling doesn't require me to perform a version of myself that I'm not. Include: the one sentence that explains what I do, the 3 offerings at different price points, and the daily rhythm that keeps this business alive without burning me out.

What It Produces

A complete business architecture: a single positioning sentence, three tiered offerings, and a sustainable daily operating rhythm — all designed around your actual values and natural way of operating, not a performance of entrepreneurship.

How to Use It

The 'people I naturally help' input is critical. Not who you want to help, or who you think you should help — who you already find yourself helping without effort. The people who seek you out. The conversations you have without being paid. That's the market the business should be built for.
