What This Prompt Does

This prompt generates a 90-day personal transformation curriculum built around your specific recurring struggles. Not generic self-improvement content. A layered protocol that starts at behavior and moves progressively deeper — through belief, identity, and into the original wound that created the pattern.

The key instruction is the final one: if any element of the curriculum could apply to anyone, it gets deleted. This forces the AI to be specific. Generic advice is comfortable to receive and easy to ignore. Specific advice is harder — and far more effective.

TRANSFORMATION
  1. 1I want you to design a 90-day transformation curriculum for someone with these specific patterns: [DESCRIBE YOUR 3 BIGGEST RECURRING STRUGGLES]. Each week targets one layer deeper. Week 1 starts with behavior. Week 4 reaches belief. Week 8 reaches identity. Week 12 reaches origin. For every week, give me: the exact daily practice (under 15 minutes), the journal prompt that will surface resistance, and the observable sign that tells me I've integrated that layer. No generic advice. If it could apply to anyone, delete it.

What It Produces

A twelve-week layered curriculum with specific daily practices, weekly journal prompts targeting resistance, and observable integration markers. The output is structured as a protocol, not a suggestion list.

How to Use It

Your three struggles should be recurring — things you've tried to change before but keep encountering. Not one-time challenges. Patterns. Be specific: not 'I struggle with relationships' but 'I consistently choose emotionally unavailable people and then overfunction trying to earn their consistency.' Specificity is the entire mechanism.
